  Single items typically range $50–$130 depending on size — from a couch or mattress up to a large refrigerator. Multiple items are priced together.

  Starting at $100

  A small load or single-room cleanout starts around $100. Larger cleanouts — garage, estate, full property — scale with size and volume, typically ranging up to $550 for a large full-property job.

• Demolition & Construction Cleanup

  $150–$500

  Priced by scope — from a single-room tear-out to a full renovation's worth of debris.

Why Your Final Price Might Change

The price you see online or receive in a quote is based on the details you provide. A few things can affect your final price once we're on site:

• More or less than described — if the job is smaller than expected, we'll refund the difference. If it turns out to be larger, we'll walk you through it and confirm before doing any additional work.
• Access to the job site — stairs, long carries, tight spaces, or limited parking can add time and labor.
• Type of materials — certain items (like appliances with refrigerant, or debris requiring special disposal) carry additional handling requirements.
• Added items or scope — if you'd like us to take extra items once we've arrived, we're happy to — we'll just confirm the added cost with you first.

You'll never be charged for a change in price without knowing about it first. We'll always talk it through with you before doing any work beyond what was quoted or booked.
