Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: August 31, 2026
Welcome to Clean Slate Services, LLC(“Clean Slate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase or booking of junk removal, cleanout, hauling, and related services.
By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Clean Slate provides junk removal, furniture removal, appliance removal, cleanouts, construction cleanup, small demolition, and related services within our service area.
Services and availability are subject to crew availability, property conditions, access, applicable laws, and our ability to safely perform the requested work.
2. Online Pricing
Prices displayed through our online booking system are based on the information, item selections, quantities, photos, and other details provided by the customer.
Online pricing is an estimate of the expected service based on the information submitted. Our crew may verify the scope of work before beginning service.
If the actual items, quantities, access conditions, or other circumstances differ significantly from the information submitted, Clean Slate may adjust the price. We will communicate any price adjustment before proceeding with the additional work.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting or booking services.
Customers must disclose relevant information about the items being removed, property access, stairs, long carrying distances, special conditions, and any other circumstances that may affect the work.
Unless otherwise agreed, items should be accessible and ready for removal when our crew arrives.
4. Access and Additional Work
Additional charges may apply when a job requires unexpected disassembly, excessive carrying, difficult access, stairs, unusual labor, or other work or conditions not reasonably reflected in the original booking.
Clean Slate will communicate applicable additional charges before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
5. Prohibited Materials
Clean Slate does not accept hazardous, illegal, or otherwise prohibited materials.
Examples may include explosives, certain chemicals or fuels, asbestos-containing materials, medical waste, radioactive materials, and other materials restricted by law, disposal facilities, or Clean Slate.
Customers are responsible for accurately identifying materials presented for removal.
If you are unsure whether we accept a particular item, contact us before booking.
6. Scheduling and Arrival Windows
Online booking times represent an arrival window rather than a guaranteed exact arrival time.
Clean Slate will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the selected window but may experience delays due to traffic, weather, prior jobs, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our control.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service may be made without a cancellation charge.
Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of any required deposit.
If our crew has already been dispatched or has arrived at the property, additional charges may apply.
8. Deposits and Payment
Certain services may require a deposit.
If a deposit is required, Clean Slate may send a payment request through our payment provider or Jobber.
The remaining balance is due according to the payment terms provided to the customer.
9. Property and Damage
Customers are responsible for identifying valuable, fragile, or items requiring special handling before work begins.
Clean Slate will use reasonable care when performing services. Customers should remove or secure valuables and personal property that are not part of the removal service.
10. Weather and Unsafe Conditions
Clean Slate may postpone or reschedule services when weather, road conditions, property conditions, materials, or other circumstances create an unsafe working environment.
We will make reasonable efforts to contact customers regarding necessary schedule changes.
11. Photos and Information Submitted
Customers may submit photographs, descriptions, and other information to help Clean Slate evaluate and price requested services.
Customers represent that they have the right to provide any photographs or information they submit.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
